FIRST TRACK PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Did some 30 second jog/60 second walk making sure to keep my heartrate under 140. Felt light-headed at times and backed off when I did. It was soooooo nice to be with the team though and to finally meet my coach in person.

Long journey to go to get back to where I was, but I'll get there eventually.
