Event: Peter Palmer Junior Relay

Peter Palmers, Sutton Park. Ran Leg 3, Light Green. Quite dark when I started but dumped headtorch at spectator control and ran without for the rest of the way (only 1km). Nearly clean run, only lost a few secs at a few controls. Wasn't running that well, steady but didn't feel great, probably the time of day. SARUM 8th overall and 2nd small club, ERYRI beat us on the last leg!

8x250m ish at Stroud AC. Trained with younger ones as it was first session back. Quite easy but good session, was usually around 50secs for each rep.

Javelin at Cheltenham, not going too well tonight but javelin boots were good!

5 full run throughs, jumping quite well, 4.60-4.70. Getting more speed up to the board but losing height. Then some leg shoots off 5 strides and the box.

Quite easy circuit tonight. Ended up doing most activities in sync with Rhiannon!

Hurdles session with Margaret. Several runs over U17 height and U20 height hurdles, followed by 5 x 60m flat out with circuits exercises in between.

Acitivities between sprints. Press-ups, dips, situps etc. 5 x 20s.
