Was hoping for pb but legs felt really dead towards the end, probably tired from Caddihoe yesterday. Still won U20 A string competition though. |

| Long Jump at Intercounties. Jumped well even though it was the end of the day, everything came together. 4.78 (pb), followed by 4.85 (pb) followed by 4.92 (pb!) so 3 pbs in a row! FInished with 4.59. Everything clicked and was just flying! 2nd behind a girl 2 years older, so really pleased! Finished the day as Gloucestershire's top female points scorer, scored 30 overall from a 1st 2nd and 3rd. Great successful day, worth missing Caddihoe for! Looking in good shape for next weekend. |

| Caddihoe day 1, Interland selection. Ran first 25 mins really well but then faded a lot towards the end. Very tired, partly because of the bug which I've had over the last couple of days. Was struggling towards the end. |

| Tried some high jump but was really wet and didn't have any confidence taking off, even with spikes. Did long jump instead and just some short approach stuff but jumping OK, losing distance by sitting back though. |

| Went to Fencing club after school with Stuart. Havn't fenced in 5 years but turned out to be quite good! Killed all down my right leg and glut though because of all the squatting...really stiff next day! |
