| CST final - disappointed with my run, really lacked motivation and felt really tired. Few mistakes as well, wasn't concentrating enough. Wasn't quite as bad as I thought it was in the end though, and at least I was fastest woman on the run-in all day! Need to get my head in gear for next weekend though and work on endurance. Also need to sort out long legs, as I always seem to lose much more time on them. |

| Cross country district champs, qualified for counties but really didn't run well. Think the measurements might have been a bit dodgy though cos it wasnt THAT slow! |
