| SW Squad training, Yeovil. Did HJ session with Gareth, was the only high jumper so had 3 coaches to myself! Kept it fairly low intensity and low key because it was a long session, but picked up a lot of very useful stuff - he's going to write out his notes and send me some pointers and things to look out for in my style. All in all a really useful session, would have been nice to have company though! |

| High jump at Bourneside, really good group with myself, Rosie, Richard and Jamie. Training at 1.55 on sportshall floor which was pretty good, I'm definitely coming on. Getting plenty of height but need to sort out take off position and layout so that I can actually clear it as it goes up. |
