Sunday Apr 8

orienteering 56:53 [4]5.6 km (10:09 / km) +140m 9:02 / km
spiked:9/15c shoes: Olway Tiger
JK Day 2, much worse run with ?8 mins mistakes, though the result was better and pulled up a couple of places. Quite annoyed though because I knew that I should be slowing down in the intricate areas, but kept trying to run hard and lost all contact with the map. Gave up a bit towards the end too cos I thought I wasn't doing very well, but 2 minutes quicker and I would've been in top 10 or so...

Saturday Apr 7

orienteering 53:15 [4]*** 5.5 km (9:41 / km) +210m 8:08 / km
spiked:10/12c shoes: Jalas Black FLX
JK Day 1. Happy with my run but wasn't expecting much so took it a bit easy, especially toward the beginning. Thought I could have gone a bit faster when I got back, but on the whole pleased with the result and fitness isn't as much down the pan as I had expected!

Friday Apr 6

JK sprint, almost perfectly clean run just a bit slow and unfit!

Wednesday Apr 4

running 21:26 [4]4.5 km (4:46 / km) +0m 4:46 / km

Run from home, not quite as bad as I expected as I've done so little for so long. Still, JK is going to be interesting...
