athletics warm up/down 15:00 [2]
Absolutely glorious evening and in a really good mood after the first productive day I've had at school in ages! Ankle felt alright, jav went well, all good :)
athletics (javelin) 1:00:00 [3]
finally a decent session, really felt like i was getting somewhere tonight. new shoes are great too :)
core stability 10:00 [1]
while others were doing plyos.
circuits 15:00 [3]
Note
Coaching at lunchtime, Beth R, Imy, Pru and Issy high jumping - all doing quite well. Couple of y7s showing potential too, Alice and Nat.

Wednesday Apr 30

Note
(injured)
Ankle really hurting today. Hurts to walk and no idea why but had to call off going to gym - probs just as well as upper back is getting stiffer and stiffer, the more I do to it. But ankle hasn't hurt like this before, scar tissue is really painful. Will see physio next week about it.

Fine next day...

Tuesday Apr 29

athletics warm up/down 10:00 [3]
Raining. In fact so wet that we did the first half of the session inside, then when it stopped, went and threw some spears with Lizzy and Aleina.
athletics (javelin) 30:00 [3]
strength/conditioning (med ball) 40:00 [3]
lots of med ball stuff and just general conditioning-y stuff inside.
circuits 15:00 [3]

Monday Apr 28

weights 30:00 [4]
Gym trial session at Courtyard gym with Carl. He seems a bit pushy but I think I could get a lot out of having a gym to hand, espeically over the exam period.
aerobic gym stuff 10:00 [4]
Quite intense actually, on some machine that simulates running style without impact.
cycling warm up/down (stationary bike) 5:00 [3]
