JOK chasing sprint, ankle bit sore, ankle boots not comfortable either. unfit and therefore pretty unmotivated - not a great combination really!

tried hammer for the first time with issy, just for a laugh! good fun but really hard on the abs!

better session, adductors feeling better though did feel slight twinge during sprints.

jav not going well and adductors feeling strained for some reason so moved to shot - throwing quite well though on shot.

missed hurdle running drills and sprints, just did static drills and called it a night.
