| jav going ok. got into bad habits though - going up on toes at end of throw and losing forward momentum - so back to basics. ankle bit weak today so taking it careful - stands/3 stride.
shot going really well - doing shuffle rather than glide but got it going 9m.
high jump, just very little bit, shortish approach, light runup, lots of height. |
