time for a rest! missed training cos of Nai's bday meal anyway.

Saw Chris in the morning, happy with my progress and now leaving me to my own devices ie do as much as ankle feels up to. Can do some light hopping etc and some bigger plyos on good leg. Careful on hurdles/LJ landing still.

really lethargic, and back stiff, perhaps due to little sleep/sleeping on floor/dancing all weekend/drinking quite a lot/irregular sleeping hours/bad eating habits... for the last four days!

Monday May 26

Lunchtime (1hr) and evening (3hr) ceildihs - danced all but 2 in the eve! Then pub :)

Irish set dancing but got a bit bored after a while, Ferg wasn't really up for it either.
