Hurdle walkovers.

First time since injury. Sorted out run up (86 ps) and then a few jumps off short approach, didn't want to overdo.

An hour late for session cos of damn traffic on motorway - grr, so missed all of shot and some of high jump...

A lot of body awareness stuff as well as a bit of jumping. Ankle good.

Really good jav session, although all standing throws cos of primary school kids running around everywhere. Just me, Neil, Jess and Carolyn, really nice group.

At stadium in the morning before y7-10 S. Cots athletics (Sigur Ros in evening so not training)
athletics (sprints) 20:00 [5]0.8 km (25:00 / km)
Speed work: 5x acceleration runs over 100m, 6x50m (ish) fast, good recovery.

Training with Imy - shot and then I did a bit of jav - feeling good for both.

trail leg drills and then over top of 75mH!! Imy doing well.
