Went and watched Anton Cooper smack the rest of the field around a bit at Oceania Champs. Sam Gaze went home and had a sook.

Return - more fucking sandflies made the morning organising very uncomfortable. Stinking fucking hot, 32 degrees, no breeze and a MIGRAINE made for a bit of a grovel back to the car then 5k later a fucking puncture.
