Orienteering on Earnscleugh - quads munted and general tiredness after getting home at 11pm.
1 2 3 all staring us in the face, still managed to exit 2 make a plan for the big Marsh I could see in the distance so smashed it over to that and ran straight past. 6 minutes. Tim Sikma did exactly the same thing.

Bruce McLeod caught and passed at 4, I then passed him to 5 and managed to stay ahead all the way through the rest of it, he'd catch a little in the circle. Told me I was a bit ragged. No Shit Bruce.

Hips felt better so a bit of a waddle up the Deception. Otira looked a bit full on and good call to run the B course for C2C. Deception was shin deep.
Parking and Driving with C2C is mental.

Tour Guide for Chris Bisley up around 3P+1 course, hip and pelvis felt all out of alignment so I got smashed in the 2nd half. Felt like shit.
Turned around and drive up to Lake Lyndon.
