Always Self Rescue

Supposed to be easy run hike of the Silverpeaks Loop with Ann and Ollie. About 4 1/2 hours. Coming into Jubliee Hut about 2/3 through Ann was a bit farked so I was about to give car key to Ollie to go off on his own. FAAAAARK. key gone from the key pocket.

So we are at the last creek with around 1.5-2 hrs to go, I've got 2 mini snickers and a couple of jellie snakes and a fresh 500ml of fluid. All of a sudden that becomes 3.5 hours and and extra 18km to get back home, 29 degrees and NO MORE WATER. f.ck my life.

Ann and Ollie totally no worries just took it even easier and sat and relaxed. I'm poked. after one litre of water weight was 69.1, lols. so dehydrated

I appear to be a bit broken.
Glute/Arse/Hammy/Sciatic/Piriformis or something like that in a bit of a knot, feels like burning rather than a tear.
