ran 8 hrs. in providence.
went well. fell once but nothing serious.
ran 2 hour loop....hydration with tailwind and gu for food. that was all. system felt good. i do think i needed more liquid.
two body parts of concern - plantar after 4 hours and my lower back. nothing new. seems to be chronic.
cold weather - 11 degrees at start and up to 24 by the end.
