was a good workout, felt focused the whole time and put in a really solid effort. Legs are really sore, tough beating on the track.

Cross-Training (Elliptical ) 30:00 [3]

Good effort on the elliptical, met up with Sam and both were working hard and keeping good energy while chatting. Finished up with hip mobility to try and help with the soreness and stiffness.
