Today was a tough one, it’s 25 out here today and I’m having some difficulties adjusting to the new heat and elevation. The first 45 today into active was pretty tough. Legs weren’t flowing and I was battling myself. I got myself together and put in a good effort for the km’s and definitely got to Wednesday effort and struggled a lot for the last km which had a huge hill in it. Legs are feeling tight and loaded and felt heavy for the run
