The usual 45 min pool workout. Good workout, was nice to get back into the pool now that it’s open.
Running A’s- 3 sets of 3X60s with 20 s recovery
The bottom of my feet feel sore from yesterday and I noticed a lot of discomfort during the A’s but the legs felt well worked in the pool which was great!
