This run was brutal today! Felt like a really slow pace and I’m starting to worry that the training hasn’t got me as prepared as I would like for this race on Saturday. The knee and foot were tender to run in today. Was really looking forward to the pool workout tomorrow but the pool is back under maintenance after being open for 1 week !
