Nice run, really enjoyed the time with beks and Katherine and felt we got some good work done. Katherine and I ran belrose together and it felt good, need to focus a bit more on what I’m doing in the run and not worrying about getting passed or the next things of the workout. Fun cool down, added some un-intentional jumping as a result of Rebekkah
