4km Time Trial run today. I did not go into the run with a positive mindset, which I think lowered my ability to preform. I did not reach my max effort and think I should of left more of what I had on the course. I'm walking away from the time trial as a learning experience rather than beating myself up about my time and performance. I know now that I have a lot of progress to make if I want to be competitive in this sport.
