It was a good workout today, I felt that I pushed but still didn't get everything out. First km out I pushed really hard and then everyone after that I settled. My knee was feeling pretty sore, especially after active.

It was an okay workout today, It was a struggle but it was okay. I've been pretty sore and exhausted lately so hopefully I'll feel better once this busy week is done.

I had a pretty tough workout today, I felt like crap all morning and just wanted to be done. It took a lot in me to push through the pool and keep going but at least since I struggled so terribly this morning perhaps I grew a little too!

Easy off day run. Solid effort on the elliptical and around the track, knee was bugging me a little but but pain is still manageable.

It was a really nice run today. Ran with Rebekkah and Hailee, it was really nice to run with the girls. Pretty cold and snowy but overall a good effort and a good long run for the day.

It was a nice workout today. Pretty good effort in the pool but by the end of the deep water running my knee was starting to get tired of the same movement. Excited to run with the team at practice tomorrow .
