Easy run today out in the snow. It was one of those "feel good" runs. not much to say for it. Doing more stretches and rolling through out the day and this evening.

It was a pretty odd run today. Pretty disappointing too, I felt so fast and strong in my warmup and seemed to loose it all once the race began. It was also a frustrating race with it being so disorganized and chaotic, I think I lost a lot of my nerve and focus because of that.

Good workout in the pool. Lots of people so it was a good challenge to keep my focus on the workout. Looking forward to tomorrow's race, a little intimidated but excited.
