The workout was okay today. The progression run felt like a good effort but the last 10 min I felt slow and tired even though I thought I was putting in a solid effort I felt that I wasn't doing a great job. I found active warmup a tough challenge to keep moving. My knee was doing okay during the 30 min but as soon as I started active it began to really hurt, especially with the strides. Otherwise I think it was a pretty okay workout.

It was an okay workout today. Slowly getting back into the rhythm of things with my knee again. I was feeling lightheaded throughout the workout which was strange. The medicine ball exercises were interesting and really stressed my upper arms. I enjoy learning these new exercises.

Finished off the day with a quick Yoga routine before bed to help loosen me up.

It was the first workout coming back from recovery week and the team ran in a "snow hurricane". Regardless of the conditions I still think I put in a fairly good effort.

Felt like staying inside today and switch it up. Did a beginners yoga routine in res tonight. Have a yoga matt that makes a great carpet but apparently works pretty good for yoga too! Anyways was good stretching and feel a bit looser now.

Another simple run today, took some time off in order to do another run tomorrow. Knee is still feeling relatively the same despite the rest and the stretches. My mind is all over the place with running lately, it was nice just to do a relaxing run.

Easy run on the trails. Conditions were a bit slippery but overall felt pretty good. Not as good as my run on Friday, but still got out there and got it done.
