Was a pretty good workout, put in a good effort and worked pretty hard and kept my mind in a better mindset today. Was able to focus on me and my effort without worrying about how behind I was for the most par. Knee was pretty sore form the hills.

Was an okay workout today. Not much to say other than wasn't as strong as I wanted because been feeling pretty sore these last few workouts.

Easy off day 30 min on the elliptical. Felt slow but still maintained a strong effort.

Was a better workout today than last Wednesday, trying to not focus on the negative parts but still struggling with that. Worked hard and really felt it after the workout which I'm happy that I pushed myself more today.

Was a solid workout today, defiantly had more focus in the pool than in the hangar. Second set I really focused in and put in a good effort. Was a terrible night last night and hardly slept so was kinda dragging today during strength and the strides.

Was a good workout today, put in a good effort and tried to stay more positive today. Legs and the knee are pretty sore from the race yesterday.

Another chilly day today but a fun race. Was shy of 7km but I put in a solid effort and did my best to have fun with this race. Running has been a little off for me lately and pain in my knee and inner shin has started to pick up a bit.
