Today was tough. Things have been sore and tight and not flowing great. Had a hard time with pace in the progression run and feeling tight for active warmup. When it came to the relay work, I was feeling tired and anxious, I went out really hard for the first set and payed for it in the next two. It was a tough hard effort that left me feeling "soul-crushed". Glad I was able to bring back my focus from after the progression run to perform strong in the fast work.

Today was a hard but good effort. I felt really tired and sore after the run so the effort was weaken the bike and elliptical. Overall it was good and tough on sore muscles.

Off day 30 min run.
I found this run really tough today. My legs were heavy and not working very well and didn't get better throughout the run.

Today was really good. I had some good work done in warmup and tempo and actually pushed hard In active to keep up. The 200m repeats were tough, and when I started running recovery properly it was a great taste of pace and defiantly Wednesday effort. Shins and lower legs are really hard on the track and I struggled with the pain and discomfort throughout the whole practice.

Today was a good hard workout. Want to say it was probably my best "in deep" pool workout right from the beginning. The okie dokie ball and pre-act hurt my inner shin which gets aggravated from sideways movement and corners. Darn tracks, I'm sure I'll keep adjusting to the impact and get better.

The run went well, shins and calves still bothering me on the uneven surface and the impact irritates them as well. But ran smooth and felt good.

Today was really good, felt strong in the warmup, one of the fastest but still didn't keep up with the group but finished warmup much further than before. Tempo was one of the better tempos where I could hardly go into cool down. Shins and calves bothered me a lot but made it through.

This long run was a mental and physical challenge, I am feeling pretty tired from the busy weekend and just wanted to have a break to prepare for the week ahead. I didn't even push myself this long run and had a negative mindset my mental and physical state.
