Today was okay, struggling with mindset during the race but my mindset is improving pre and post race, Was still behind by a lot in the race but ran it strong, still didn't reach max effort.

Didn't get the results I hoped for today but staying positive about the experience, I felt I did the best In the moment and has a really focused effort throughout the race timeframe including pre and post race. Hope to learn how to manage pace a bit better because I'm pretty confused on my effort level during the race

Today was a hard but good effort, was pleased with the workout despite being tired and worn down. Legs still bothering me but hope all goes well this weekend.

Was feeling very tired today and beat up physically and mentally. Didn't work as hard as I needed to and was able to do the on top running fairly easily. Legs felt so sore and heavy and had difficult pushing in the pool especially.

Cross-Training (Elliptical ) 30:00 [3]

A steady 30 min put on the elliptical, was a nice break for the lower legs but still a little tight even with the low impact

Today was hard effort but had difficultly pacing for the steady and surge. last one was decently my best and my cool down was slow to compensate for the workout. Felt that I didn't have as good of Monday as I have previous but still a good workout.

Today was a slightly easier effort but I felt smooth and controlled and felt like a good run. The pace always feels fast for me but the distance I go is always slightly discouraging. Shin bothering me still but at least is runnable.
