Today went good. Had a good effort throughout it and really worked hard in the 3/2/1 but needed to work harder at tempo. Felt some bad tightness in my hamstring and same tightness in the calves and shins like usual.

Off day 35 min run went good. Loving the warmer weather and was able to run smoother today which I was happy with because my form has been poor lately.

Today was okay, I was feeling pretty beat up and tired in the run. however still got some good effort done and left practice today feeling that I got alot out of it and had some good practice with pacing which is really beneficial to me. Hope the stiffness won't affect me too much tomorrow.

Started off okay today but throughout the workout my legs were really tiring which made today challenging. The effort was good in the pool and focused more on form during the running A's because lately my form has been suffering.

Easy off day run. Felt pretty good in the nice weather but still feeling off this whole week physically and mentally and need to swing things back into focus for tomorrow.

Today started off really good, had a good warmup with the girls and did a really good effort in the 5min and 4 min and started struggling with the last sets and my form just went to crap. Effort was really good but the form was poor today and my legs didn't want to run today.
