Spent the last two days snowboarding on the hill at Golden, BC and despite missing a couple practices I still has some really good work done on the hill! Good workout for the legs and good calm conversation getting stuck and covered in cold snow!
Todays workout was okay, did Mondays workout and felt sore and beat up from snowboarding but put in a steady effort. The shin splint was really bothering me by the end of the run.
