Good run this morning. Felt focused and good for the run, legs feel a bit sore from the last couple of days but that’s no a terrible thing, I don’t have my roller with me here so once I get home I’ll be able to work things out a bit more.

Today was a tough one, it’s 25 out here today and I’m having some difficulties adjusting to the new heat and elevation. The first 45 today into active was pretty tough. Legs weren’t flowing and I was battling myself. I got myself together and put in a good effort for the km’s and definitely got to Wednesday effort and struggled a lot for the last km which had a huge hill in it. Legs are feeling tight and loaded and felt heavy for the run

Nice run this morning, got into some pretty gnarly hills and was struggling a lot. Things felt good though, flowing nicely and I was able to put a lot of force into the drills because of the soft sand surface. I tried to mimic the focus and effort of the drills in the pool and got a lot out of them today.

Bit of a peculiar extra work done today. Went for a hike to see some waterfalls and was greeted by 370 stairs (yes I counted them). Decided to run the stairs to the top to do some extra work on the legs today and was happy with the result.

Flew to Kelowna today and was greeted with beautiful weather! The run went pretty good, I didn't quite reach the Monday effort I wanted too but was fairly close, My legs were feeling a little beat up and I have had a lot of tension in the arches of my feet lately.

Today was tough, felt really sick during this run and was not able to perform my best which was really frustrating for me today. Had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and things didn't flow right for me today.
