Today went okay, was really dreading today's workout but I was so surprised by how fast the sprints went. I ran the same hill I ran two weeks ago where I had struggled quite a bit with but this week I was worried that the hill is not hard enough, I was able to push harder and had a better time working on the hill. I still got lots out f the workout but the hill was easier this week which encourages me to find a tougher hill next week.

Today was a bit tough, my legs were locked up and didn’t loosen during the run, glad I worked hard yesterday to be so sore today but it made for a painful run. Doing drills even hurt my legs quite a bit so I made the decision to take the day off strides and focus on loosening up the legs below the knee.

Today went really well. The focus was where it needed to be today and I really embraced the 400’s. Tempo felt pretty good and I was wore out before the 400 sets even started. Legs didn’t bother me today.

today went pretty good. had some terrible wind today that lead to some resistant training and the legs bothered me in the last 10 min but didn't affect me much in the strides.

Today went a lot better than yesterday. Worked hard in the first tempo and had a hard time going into the recovery jog when I felt like I needed to walk. The second tempo was a lot tougher but still went well. Legs were feeling a little stiff but nothing worse than usual.

Run started off good but went downhill in the second half. Had some personal problems last couple of days at home and the focus wasn't there and felt really sick near the end. Need to get refocused and calm down for the next practices.
