Had to relocate for this run tonight, not a lot of area for me to run here so it was back and forth today and my lower legs bugged me from early on the run. The only time I have to run here is late after supper around 9 pm which isn’t ideal. Couldn’t focus again tonight because I’m comstantly on edge looking around making sure I don’t run into trouble. Up here any time I’m able to get out and run seems to be a victory for me.

Well this run went better than I thought, ran right after supper because that was the only free time I had today so my stomach felt pretty crappy. In the Yukon mountains and I was really anxious about running in an area I don’t know and with lots of bears around. Doesn’t help that as soon as I finished my run, 20 min later a huge grizzly bear was right where I was running.

Today went good, my mind couldn’t focus today but I was happy I still ran well. I leave for the Yukon tonight and I’m feeling very anxious and stressed for attempting to train over there.
