Today felt a little worse today, but even though I didn’t feel as good I still put best effort forward and ran well. My form was sloppy but I was just focusing on maintaining to work hard. Legs felt heavy and awkward but had some good post run work done with best drills in a while and better form and strides in the sprints.

Today went pretty good, fought myself a little bit and didn’t go all in for some reason even though I thought I was. Holding back again tonight, thankfully It wasn’t as late tonight and a little less physical work today so I wasn’t as beat up as the previous days.

It’s been a couple of busy long days that has involved us working in the fields till midnight so I’m glad I was able to get this run in tonight, my feet are still bugging me a little bit I’m really happy on how strong my running has been lately.

Today went good, the easy seemed to take for ever but once I got into steady and hard I felt like I was running strong. I could focus a bit better today or at least except that my mind is going to wander and not be completely on the run because I need to be aware and safe, but I was happy with the run today and happy with the different designated efforts, the bottoms of my feet are really bothering me lately even though I’m running on soft surfaces.

Today went pretty good. I stuck really close to the house which is very boring but at least I worry slightly less. Today it was super windy and I was really paranoid probably because I couldn’t hear anything and thought every sound was a bear! But the run went smooth, I seem to run a good pace here, I guess I can thank the bears for that. Calves were locked up after the run so I ran some ice water over them for a bit
