Today felt a little sluggish but settled into the run more near the end. Got lots out of it and felt like I was struggling with this run which isn’t a bad thing because I kept at it. Legs not flowing perfect but some runs are less flowy than others

Today was a better run. I had really good crisp surges but maybe a little slow on the steady. My right inner calf and foot was really bugging me on the cooldown but I was pleased with the run today .

Forgot about the lunges tonight. Will do some additional ones before the run tomorrow. My legs are all stiff and sore so my run felt choppy tonight. Time went by really slow tonight and I think my mind kept wandering a little. My foot is starting to peel from blisters on the bottom so a little irritating to run on.

Today wasn’t such a good day. It was a hard day today with some strenuous work that left my legs feeling like mush! Things weren’t in perfect conditions tonight and I didn’t want to run but I was able to work through those thoughts and just go out and get it done to the best of my ability in the moment. Legs sore but glad to be done

Today went good, I was running a really strong pace for the first third of the run and then my right inner arch and up to my knee began to bug me and slowed me down a bit. Foot hurt during drills but felt nice to lengthen the strides during the sprints.

Today went better than I thought, was dreading the Brazilians but once I was in it I was enjoying the challenge and how much more effort I felt in this. Legs and form are still feeling sorta heavy and a little off
