Today could of went better. I felt the same sickness and pain today and had a hard time roughing it out. I also flew up north today and the nerves of going up there was distracting me from focusing on the run. I hope I feel better soon so I can run more efficiently.

Took advantage of a long rock road to get in some long mileage before piecing Together workouts up at camp. This was one of my best runs, I had a string focus and even when I was tired I wanted to keep pushing. Starting feeling worn down 3/4 way through but happy with this run, even through the tired legs and rough terrain I felt strong and flowy.

Today went good. Had a good flow but after 20 min my stomach started to disagree with me and I my good run seemed to just drop like that. Still pleased with the run which felt strong

Today went good. Finally got a chance for a quick run so I wanted to push myself while I had the chance. Little slow in the first half so I know I can go faster next time. Went really good, happy with this run.

Today was good too, kinda weird running here and I’m dedicating myself to do the best that I can and focus on the mental part during this time where I’m doing other physical training. Was a little stiff on this run today but once the legs started swinging it went good.

Today was a bad run for me actually. Goes to show that I can’t still run good when feeling bad. Have had a lot of stress and some personal buisness related issues up here that has really set me off kilter and caused my anxiety to spike. My nerves were though the roof in this run almost to the point of where I was complete panic. It took everything in me to keep some ounce of calm to keep me running strong. I felt a little sloppy and choppy, but I also ran not even 30 Min after supper. Anyways pretty exciting new PB!
