Super fun day out ice climbing. Felt the climb in my hips so was able to do some stretching and work out there. Lots of fun and a nice change for exercise

Good pool workout today, was super chaotic in the swim and couldn't control the breathing. The drills were good and the running A's got in really deep. Had some bad headache pains in the running A's.
