This was a good workout for me. Finally felt like I was able to run smooth and strong and got in deep during the workout.

Good run today, morning practice was good, foot didn't me too much when compared to the other runs. Run in afternoon felt pretty choppy.

Good pool today. Get tired and beat but did a better job on just pushing through it today. Foot started hurting by the end of drills.

Today was a grind, felt slow but also felt like I was working at a tempo effort. My right foot really bothered me today and I allowed that and everything else going on to sway my focus

Did a pretty basic long run today. I just ran to try and get my rhythm back and not worry about too much else. It was good. Finished up with some mobility and stretching.
