Good long run today. Felt very long but overall good. I have a 5 km this Sunday so I had to do some quick rearranging of training but looking forward to the race.

Get pretty sick on this run, not sure if it was the heat or just something bad I had eaten. The foot was hurting the whole run so I took the day off strides and focused more on the stretch

First day in Dawson! YAY. Super hard run today! Was wanting to run and enjoyed the grind, I did and out and back run however the run out was all downhill and the way back was all uphill. The only suffering part of that is the fact that the hill was continuous as steep as the downtown hills of thunderbay. Foot was sure hurting for the run. Got better today!
