Gosh this was a rough one to make myself go out and do today. Wasn’t the most happy and eager in this workout but I still got it done, gave it my best and will be better tomorrow because of it.

The usual 45 min pool workout. Good workout, was nice to get back into the pool now that it’s open.
Running A’s- 3 sets of 3X60s with 20 s recovery

The bottom of my feet feel sore from yesterday and I noticed a lot of discomfort during the A’s but the legs felt well worked in the pool which was great!

This was a good run today, a good effort and I felt really focused. However it was still hot and smoky, which is the new normal here but makes conditions tough! But good run!

Hot again. Haven’t gotten a break from the 30 degree weather and it’s taking its toll. Good run tho. Took to the hilly stuff so it was a tougher run but still good.

Good run this morning. Very smoky here and so my breath wasn’t the best today, but the tempo was good and felt like the right effort despite conditions.

Another smoker of a day but it was a good run today. Unfortunately I ran into a bear :( which is never ever fun!! Regardless of that little incident It was a good run. Feet go numb during my longer runs
