Wow this workout was tough for me to stay focused on today. When I focused it was great, good grind and nice pace but I’d loose focus and have a bit of issue reminding myself to keep the pace. Good thing to remember For next runs. Bottom right foot still sore but it’s been sore all summer no worse no better
