Wow this workout was tough for me to stay focused on today. When I focused it was great, good grind and nice pace but I’d loose focus and have a bit of issue reminding myself to keep the pace. Good thing to remember For next runs. Bottom right foot still sore but it’s been sore all summer no worse no better

Good run! Got stung by something terrible five minutes so wasn’t off to a great start. But good pace and had a good time getting the legs back rolling and the air back breathing.

The yukon is burning up pretty bad right now. The last few days there has been air quality advisories as well as 30 degree weather. Not making it the best conditons to run in.
