This was a good run! Cooler temperature so I felt that I was able to focus more on the run and running the surge strong and snappy. The knees and foot felt sore but other than that the focus was where it needed to be, and all was well

Good run, took a while to get into the groove of tempo but once I did it felt good, fast and flowy. The foot is still sore, no worse no better though
