Day 1 of my sea kayaking course. Got to say it was super interesting but also very tiring. Whole day learning the skills and out on the water.

This was good, was able to go with bekks for the run (seen two snakes, ruined my day!!) but the run was really good. Swimming was good too and quite enjoyable.

Interesting long run today. Abi went down at the end of the run, so there was a delay making sure she was okay and got back to the hangar to get looked at. Finished up the run and such at the hangar.
