Today felt like a strange race, I felt pretty comfortable in the first 5 laps but started getting scared when girls started passing after that. Kinda let myself settle into a comfortable pace with little drive to close the gap with the girls in front of me.

Today was tough, I haven't been sleeping very well and It caught up with me today. Legs a bit sore after today, happy to have Katherine pushing the pace for us in the back half of the workout.

good run, the conditions were pretty slippery but only annoying in the warmup. was good setting sets on Maxie who was doing a longer workout and I was able to use her in the last bit of my steady surge.
