Today was good. The race felt strong and smooth but I was running in the lead solo for the duration of the race which was tough to get to a max effort. But overall happy with the progression of this run. Katherine took charge mid way and it was nice to work together. Felt that the last laps were smooth and focused.

Good fast workout this morning, the wu and active felt a little slow and sloppy but the reps felt fast and flowy, I really enjoyed the 200m to get the legs moving.
