Running 30:00 [1]
I ran for 30 minutes. overall this run went well. my glutes and IT band were a bit tight from the weekend but a lot less tight than they were the day before. Because this was an easy run, I ate about 30 minutes before I ran. eating this close to running did not negatively impact my running at all.
while stretching after this run, I had a hard time focusing on stretching. my lack of focus was probably because this was my first day of University.
