I think that the workout went very well. It was hard to keep up the steady after the surge, but with Paige running with me I was able to push myself. Once the steadies and surges were done, we went into cool down. At first it was tiring even at CD pace, but after a while I was able to calm down my breathing and start to relax.
For the first bit of CD my right glute was a bit sore. After a few minutes into the CD, my Glute no longer felt sore.
