Good workout. Fought myself a bit during the drills and the first interval. After the first interval, I remembered that I am not the only one struggling and that I need to keep pushing because everyone else is. when I realized this, I Started to enjoy the hard a bit more and stopped fighting myself. Got in deep by the 75s. Focusing on moving my arms back made it harder. Good stretches afterwards.
