20min wu, 15min steady/surge (2:30/0:30), 15min cd
hip mobility, weights, core, stretches, glute stretch, roll

Good workout. stuck with the Bucks for the first two sets and then decided to push the pace a bit. It got hard but I didn't want the bucks to pass me so I kept in the hard. I could barely go into cd at the end of the steady/surge.
