Good workout. Progression went well. My legs were feeling a bit tired during the easy. I Could have been a bit more relaxed during the medium. the first 800m was hard because I really need to use the washroom. For the rest of that set I was able to do a better job at ignoring the discomfort and going for it. definitely got to work on staying and pushing into the hard today.
