The race went well. I started off at a good pace not too fast and not too slow. The second lap I made sure that I was moving up and pushing harder. Somewhere I the second lap, I was in deep. The last lap I was hanging on. I finished completely exhausted. That being said, I think that I need to work on the last lap of the race. The first two went well, but the last lap I needed to focus on moving closer to the people in front of me more.

Had a good run. I was able to see what the course was like and how I should run each part of it. My glute was a bit sore for the last bit of the second loop.

Good run for before the race this weekend. I ran hard but I felt that there was a little more to give. My glute was a bit sore during the CD.

I had a great pool workout this morning. by the third set of running a's I was in deep. I focused on pushing hard and keeping calm.

Good run today. I was a little nervous about my leg but it didn't bother me at all during the run. Throughout the run I made sure that I was focused on keeping the steady hard after the surges. Seeing that I was getting closer to Jeff throughout the run helped me to run hard.

I had a beautiful run through the hospital trails this morning. I love the snow! I only did 3 of each lunge because it hurt my left leg to do it. My leg felt a bit off during the run, but it didn't affect my running. Walking down the stairs or sitting down onto a chair hurts my left leg a bit though.
